Our policies

Short answers, in plain words.

01Booking and deposits

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Lifts, tints and both take one. A patch test and a redo visit take none. You book on the booking page, and I confirm by text or email.

02Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice I keep it. If you're running late, I hold your time for 15 minutes. After that the visit is shortened, not extended.

03If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without a word, I keep the deposit and ask for prepayment to hold your next one. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.

04Children and companions

Visits are for the client, 18 and over. The room is small and the work needs you still with your eyes closed, so please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait outside.

05Patch tests and allergies

For a first tint, please book a patch test at least a day ahead. A lift may call for one too. A patch test helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to a dye, an adhesive or tape. I can share the ingredient list for what I use.

06Redos and refunds

If something isn't right, tell me within a week. I'll look at your lashes and say what I can do. Services aren't refunded, but a concern always gets a conversation first.

07Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit.

08Before your visit

Come with bare eyes: no mascara, eyeliner or eye cream, and no curler that day. Bring your glasses, because contact lenses come out before we begin.

09When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor first if you've had an eye procedure lately or your eyes are irritated. If you've reacted to a dye or an adhesive, tell me before you book. I may suggest a patch test, or a different service, or that you see your doctor.

Two more things to know

  • Late arrivals

I hold your time for 15 minutes. After that the visit is shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting.

  • Text first

A text is the quickest way to reach me. I answer between visits, during the hours below.

Read the rules, then choose a time.
